We currently offer standard delivery of up to 5 working days with Royal Mail.
Whilst your order is being packed and processed, you’ll see ‘In Progress’ in your Order History. Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to let you know.

Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to amend or add any items included in the order or change the recipient details or delivery address.
You can choose to pay using normal payment methods - using your Mastercard, Visa debit, credit card, Apple Pay or with PayPal.
If you’ve been gifted a Little Black Pistol gift voucher/certificate, we accept those too.

If the code isn’t working, please check it has been spelled correctly and no extra spaces or characters have been added.
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your parcel to us within two weeks from order date.
All returns will be quality checked. Items must be returned in a new and unused condition. Any tags attached must not be removed and whenever possible, returns should be sent back in the original packaging.

Returns will typically take up to 21 days - a maximum of 14 days to reach our warehouse and be processed, and up to 7 days for it to make its way through the banking system. Once this has been done, you’ll receive a return confirmation email to let you know.
